It’s been weeks since the nation entered 'lockdown' and like everyone else we are trying to adapt to be able to provide a service for our customers. But of course, while we all adapt, things are far from normal, and we all have a responsibility to do what we can to fight this pandemic.
Our showroom may be closed at this time however we here at Falcon Garage wanted to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution so we can to protect you and still provide a service.
We understand people will still need our services over the weeks and months for those who need new cars. We know that especially key workers and others just needing to go shopping, to work, or getting help to loved ones may need to change their car and we want to help.
Below are some steps we are taking to allow you to use our services safely and reduce risk.
CONTACTLESS VEHCLE VIEWINGS: Our vehicle viewing process can be done online by us offering live video calls and video viewings of our stock on request of an appointment. Keeping in line with social distance measures and where possible solo test drives will be available.
HYGIENE: All our vehicles will be prepared under strict instruction in regards to hygiene. Disinfecting interior and exterior surfaces including, steering wheels, gear levers, hand brakes Keys, door handles to name a few. We will be reducing contact with digital invoicing via email, and others measure to ensure contact is at a minimum. Of course we have a strict rule on regularly washing hands and equipment. We also have hand sanitiser on sight for our customers use.
FREE DELIVERY: Going forward where possible when a vehicle is purchased a free delivery service will be made available.
